We are a gated community located on the Intracoastal waterway in Boca Raton at Federal Highway just north of Yamato Road. Situated a short distance from the Boca Raton Inlet, boaters can enjoy an easy cruise to the Atlantic Ocean!  Our convenient location also offers access to some great eatery’s either at Mizner Park in Boca Raton or along Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach.
